Venue, Parking & Drop-off
VENUE
- The event is being held at 1221 Chinmaya Way, Casselberry, FL 32707.
EVENT ACCESS
- All guests must enter through the main Chinmaya Mission entrance at
1221 Chinmaya Way. This gate is ENTRY ONLY. - All vehicles must EXIT through the HSCF temple gate on Lake Drive.
PARKING
- Parking is available in:
- The Chinmaya Mission parking lot
- The HSCF parking lots
- Parking is limited, and only one car per registration will be permitted.
- We humbly request all attendees to CARPOOL so that every devotee has access to parking.
NO PARKING ZONES
- Please do not park in the following areas:
- Along Chinmaya Way on the grass by the fence
- Any spot marked as Reserved
- In front of any gate (open or closed)
- In a handicapped spot without a valid permit
- Along any ingress or egress path that is not a designated parking space
- In front of fire access points
- In any fire lane
- Vehicles parked in no‑parking zones will be towed.
DROP-OFF
- There is no stopping or drop‑off allowed inside the Chinmaya Mission parking lot.
- The designated drop‑off area is located in the HSCF parking lot, next to the walk‑in gate leading to the Chinmaya Mission property.
Registration & Checking-in
This is a Registered event and open only to guests who have pre-registered. Admission is now closed as we are at capacity.
CHECKING-IN
- When you arrive, please follow the signs to Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan and then to Registration.
- Please bring your passes on your phone (no need to print).
- All members of a family must arrive together.
- Two registration stations will be available, organized by last name.
- Have your tickets ready and easily accessible for scanning.
- You will receive a colored wristband indicating your Havan participation.
- Each family will receive a prasad bag.
CAN’T FIND YOUR PASSES
- If you cannot locate your passes, first check your email again and look for your registration confirmation. The passes are attached to that email. If you cannot locate the email, please send an email to CM75@chinmayamission.org by April 8, and we will resend your passes to you.
PARTICIPATING CHILD NOT REGISTERED
- If your child is participating in the program and he/she is not registered, please contact the child’s teacher immediately.

Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan will remain open from 8:00 am – 11:15 am. We encourage you to visit this “DO NOT MISS” exhibition as you enter the event or anytime before 11:15 am.

Chinmaya Vani will have 2 book stalls, one in the Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan area and one in the main chanting/Havan area. We encourage you to visit the stalls between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm (times for each stall vary).
Samashti Hanuman Chalisa Chanting
SAMASHTI CHANTING
- We will collectively chant the Hanuman Chalisa 21 times for strength, courage, spiritual power, abundance, knowledge, a harmonious family life, protection from adversities, removal of obstacles, and success in all endeavors.
KEEPING THE PACE
- Your welcome bag includes a prasad booklet with the Hanuman Chalisa in Hindi and English (starting on page 91).
- The chanting will follow a specific tune, led by a few devotees to maintain pace and melody.
We request all devotees to chant loudly and wholeheartedly.
Hanuman Chalisa Havan
If you have preregistered for the Havan, please review the guidelines below.
CHECK‑IN
- You must be preregistered for the Havan; on‑site registration is not available.
- Your wristband color indicates the number of rounds you are participating in.
- Children under 5 years may accompany their parents without a wristband and must sit on their laps.
- Please look up your Havan Kund number and Slot number.

- Your Havan assignments will also be displayed onsite.
- The Havan is expected to start at 9:30 am and continue until 11:45 am.
- These times are approximate and may shift based on the flow of the event.
- There will be 21 rounds of Hanuman Chalisa chanting. Each round is expected to last 4-5 minutes.
- Please arrive early to allow at least 45 minutes for parking, check‑in, and lining up.
LINING UP FOR THE HAVAN
- Boards will display the current Hanuman Chalisa round being chanted and the next Slot to begin lining up.
- Please line up in the Havan Pre‑Check area 15 minutes before your turn.
- If you are in Slot 1, line up immediately after the welcome address.
HAVAN VIDHI
- Sit only in your assigned spot; do not move your seat.
- All placements follow strict fire and safety guidelines.
- The fire will be lit by sevaks. Please do not touch the Havan Kund or adjust the firewood.
- Samagri is nut‑free.
- Offer a small amount of samagri after every 4 chaupais.
- If you run out of samagri or feel the fire is diminishing, raise your hand; a sevak will assist you.
- Sevaks will be present throughout to guide and supervise.
- Purna Ahuti will be offered only at the three main Havan Kunds.
- All devotees, including those at the main Kunds, must remain seated.
- Arti will be performed by the priests only.
- As the Purna Ahuti begins, sevaks will guide devotees to move to the seating area.
OTHER SAFETY & GENERAL NOTES
- Turn off your phones. Please do not take any calls during the Havan.
- Do not touch the Havan Kund or the fire.
- Once seated for your Havan turn, please complete all rounds you registered for.
- If you or a family member must leave the Havan area for any reason, we cannot reseat you due to safety protocols.
- If you are participating for 21 rounds, this can take up to 2 hours. Please bring a refillable water bottle with you.
MISSED YOUR SPOT
- Due to the pace and structure of the event, we are unable to reschedule missed Havan slots.
Dress Code and Shoes
- We suggest Indian attire, preferably white/off‑white with a touch of orange, saffron, or red in honor of Hanumanji.
- As this is an outdoor event, please wear light comfortable clothing.
- Shoes may be worn everywhere except inside the Havan area.
- If you are participating in the Havan, please wear shoes that can be easily removed in the designated areas outside the Havan tents.
Food and Drink
- Water, drinks, and light snacks will be available.
- Please bring a refillable water bottle to help reduce waste.
- Mahaprasad will be served to all at the conclusion of the event.
- To ensure all devotees are served smoothly, we request that you do not ask for to‑go boxes or additional plates.
- Please re-use your plate for seconds.
