Who can attend?
The event is open to all. We are delighted to welcome everyone to this once in a lifetime event.
Do I need to register?
Yes, registration is required for everyone over the age of 5. This is required to help us make appropriate arrangements for the event.
I am a Chinmaya Mission Orlando member. Do I need to register?
Yes, registration is required for everyone over the age of 5, including if your kids are performing or you are volunteering for the event. This is required to help us make appropriate arrangements for the event.
My kids are enrolled in Balavihar and/or are performing. Do I need to register them?
Yes, registration is required for everyone over the age of 5, including if your kids are performing or you are volunteering for the event. This is required to help us make appropriate arrangements for the event.
When is registration open until?
Registration will remain open until March 15, 2026. We recommend you register early to secure your preferred Havan participation package.
How can I register?
Registration is only available through this website. Click on “Register” anywhere on the site. Once you register, you will receive an email with passes for your selected options. Please bring the passes with you to the event.
What are the registration options?
You can either register for
- General Admission (which is free) or
- Havan participation packages, to sit and participate in a havan (there will be multiple havan kunds). Several havan participation packages are available
In addition, you may also sponsor the event. Sponsorship packages for amounts $1,001 and above include registration and havan participation. If you select one of the sponsorship packages of $1,001 or above, you will automatically be registered for the event.
What are the registration fees/What does the free admission include?
Admission to the event is free. This includes Hanuman Chalisa chanting, Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan, viewing all performances, and Mahaprasad – everything except participation in the havan. Participation in the havan requires purchase of a havan participation package. Please see Havan Participation FAQ for more information.
Can you give a couple of registration examples?
General admission to the event is free. If you are not participating in the havan. Please register each individual (adult or kid above the age of 5) for General Admission.
If part or all of your family is participating in the havan, then please select your preferred havan package (or packages).
A few examples are given below:
Registration example 1: Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids (over the age of 5)
- Full family participating in havan for 3 rounds = 1 package “Havan Participation – 3 rounds (Family of 4)”
Registration example 2: Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids (over the age of 5)
- 2 kids not participating in havan = 2 passes “General Admission”
- 2 adults participating in havan for 3 rounds = 1 package “Havan Participation – 3 rounds (2 persons)”
Registration example 3: Family of 4 with 4 adults.
- 2 persons participating in havan for 21 rounds = 1 package “Havan Participation – 21 rounds (2 persons)”
- 2 persons participating in havan for 3 rounds = 1 package “Havan Participation – 3 rounds (2 persons)”
What do I do with the tickets/passes I received?
Please bring the tickets/passes with you to the event. Electronic tickets/passes are accepted – they do not need to be printed. Please ensure everyone in the party arrives together.
Havan Participation
What is the Sri Hanuman Chalisa Havan?
The Sri Hanuman Chalisa Havan is a havan that will be performed while Sri Hanuman Chalisa is being chanted. The havan will be performed through 21 rounds of Sri Hanuman Chalisa chanting.
There will be multiple havan kunds and devotees will be assigned to a havan kund.
Havan participants will have a choice to sign up to participate in the havan for 3, 7 or all 21 rounds of chanting.
Each round of chanting will have 21 ahutis.
How do I participate in the Havan?
To participate in the havan, you can
- Click Register from anywhere on the site and select any one or more of the Havan Participation packages for all persons in your family/group. Havan participation packages include general admission – you do not have to also register for General Admission passes.
- Click Sponsor from anywhere on the site. Sponsorship packages of $1,001 and over include havan participation as well.

What options are available for Havan Participation?
There are multiple options available for Havan Participation.
You can choose to sign up to participate in the havan for 3, 7, or all 21 rounds of chanting.
There are 3 types of packages available 1) for up to 2 persons and 2) family packages for up to 4 persons 3) family packages for up to 4 persons in the main havan kunds (Mukhya Yajaman).
Each adult or child over the age of 5 is considered a person.
We have multiple havan kunds, and you will be assigned to a havan kund.
Safety of all attendees is our highest priority. Therefore, we have to strictly adhere to the number of people allowed at each havan kund.

I am an individual. Which Havan Participation package should I pick?
Please pick from: Havan Participation – 3 rounds, 7 rounds, or 21 rounds, or sign-up as a Mukhaya Yajaman. The first 3 packages allow up to 2 persons and are most appropriate for individuals. The Mukhya Yajaman package allows up to 4 persons.
How long will the Havan last? How long are 3, 7, and 21 rounds?
The entire havan will last about 1.5 – 2 hours. 3 rounds of chanting will take approximately 15-20 minutes, 7 rounds approximately 35-45 minutes, and 21 rounds approximately 1 hours 45 minutes.
Do I have to sit through the entire havan if I sign up for 21 rounds or as Mukhya Yajaman?
We understand you might like to sign-up for havan participation for 21 rounds or a Mukhya Yajaman, but are unable to sit through the entire havan.
To keep the process flowing smoothly, and for the safety of all those around the havan kunds, we have planned “changeovers” of people at specific intervals.
Please put a comment in the registration about approximately how long you are available and we will do our best to accommodate that as closely as possible.
My kids are under the age of 5. Can they sit with me at the havan?
Yes, kids 5 and under do not need to register for the havan and can participate with their parents. Please note that for safety reasons, strollers or carriers cannot be taken into the havan area.
My kids are over the age of 5. Do I need to register them for Havan Participation?
Yes, kids over the age of 5 need to be registered to participate in the havan.
Based on the number of persons over the age of 5 in your family, please select one or more of the havan participation packages. Each option (3, 7 or 21 rounds) has options for 2 persons or a family of 4. The Mukhya Jayaman package includes up to 4 persons.
When does EARLY BIRD pricing end?
Early bird pricing has been extended to March 3. 2026. After that date, all Havan Participation package pricing go up by $10-50 based on the level.
Annadanam, Sponsorship & Donations
Can I sponsor the event?
Yes, we welcome your sponsorship. Various sponsorship opportunities are available. These include a contribution towards Annadanam, garlands, altar, Mahaprasad, Havan Kunds, Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan, and more. Please click “Sponsor” anywhere on the website to view the available sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship options of $1,001 and above include havan participation. Can I make a contribution towards Annadanam?
Yes. Please click “Sponsor” anywhere on the website to see all sponsorship opportunities. You have the option to sponsor up to 50 individuals as “Annadanam”.
Can I make a general donation?
To make a general donation, click the “Donate” button on the home page. You can make a donation of any amount you like.
General
What is the schedule?
The detailed schedule for the day will be published shortly. The rough schedule has the event beginning at 9 AM with opening prayers and remarks, followed by 21 rounds or Sri Hanuman Chalisa chanting and the Havan, accompanied by short performances. At the conclusion of the havan we will have cultural performances and performances by Bala Vihar children. This will be followed by Mahaprasad. Other activities include Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan, interactive displays, book stall and more.
Will Mahaprasad be served and is there a fee?
Mahaprasad will be served to all attendees at the conclusion of the event. This is included in the General Admission and there is no fee for Mahaprasad.
What payment options are available?
Payment is accepted through PayPal, debit card or credit card.
Note: when selecting to pay by credit/debit card, PayPal automatically turns a “slider” button “on” to create a PayPal account for you. Please slide that to the “off” position if you do not want to setup a new account.
If you are sponsoring/donating a large amount, we encourage you to give a check to the office to save the PayPal fees.
Do I have to have or setup a PayPal account?
No, a PayPal account is not required. Select pay by Debit or Credit Card.
